• AP Transmarine, Inc. for shipping and management operations
• AP Land Movers, Inc. for trucking, forwarding, and hauling services
• AP HAS Marine, the retail service unit of marine products
• AP Transware for Nestle Philippines, Inc.’s warehouse and forwarding services
